Location: Our luxury privately owned villa was completed in February 2007 and is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. It is a perfectly secluded property, surrounded by wildlife and appropriate for all ages. It is located in the quiet, upscale, deed restricted residential area of Rotonda Lakes in South West Florida. Rotonda is the perfect location for trips to Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, Sarasota, Venice, The Everglades and Orlando. Beautiful beaches are within 10 minutes drive, restaurants and shopping are within 5 minutes drive and an abundance of golf courses are right on the doorstep.
Villa Description: The villa has a spacious open-plan living room. It has a 52" big screen satelite TV with over 185 channels plus a DVD player and stereo system. There are large ivory leather reclining corner sofas to relax on, one of which is a Queen Sleeper. An elegant formal dining area can comfortably seat six.
House width patio doors lead through to the large 20 x 10 lanai which is fully furnished with top of the range patio furniture including table, chairs and loungers, overlooking the 25 x 13 pool. Beyond this is a fenced private garden with garden swing and extra sunloungers. The pool and garden are in the sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The lanai area is shaded and has a ceiling fan for added comfort.
The full kitchen is complete with all the appliances and utensils you could possibly need, with a breakfast dining nook seating four. There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has double french doors opening onto the lanai, built in closet and LCD Satelite TV with over 185 channels and DVD player. The master bathroom is complete with walk-in shower, spa tub and large vanity area. There is also a queen bedded room and a twin bedded room, both of which have built in closets and LCD Satelite TV with over 185 channels and DVD players.
There is a second full bathroom between bedrooms two and three, and a further half bathroom in the pool area.
We have provided four Mountain Bikes for your own personal use and a selection of books and films. There is a 7ft pool table and soccer table in the garage. Free highspeed internet access is available - just bring your laptop.
Golf: There are many golf courses, five literally on the doorstep and another twenty within 40 minutes drive.
Airports: Orlando is approx 2.5 hours. Miami is approx 3 hours. Fort Myers is approx 45 minutes. Tampa is approx 1.5 hours.
