There is a formal dining room which seats six and living room with lovely ceramic tile throughout. The warm and inviting master suite, with sliding doors connected to the pool area, is a great getaway in itself for any couple, with its king size bed; en-suite Jacuzzi with active jet stream spa feature, walk-in shower, twin-bowel vanity, private toilet, and lovely décor to spark up a romantic evening.

A second master suite is also located on the upper level with its own private full bath and ceramic tile floor. This is perfect for the in-laws!

The second level centralized gallery allows the opportunity to overlook and be vigilant of the family room, kitchen and patio activities of the young ones when necessary as well as enjoyment of the awakening morning sunlight.

In the elegant, fully ceramic tiled family room you can accommodate your on the whim, overnight guests / friends on a queen sofa sleeper. Your guests, along with the rest of the family, could view their regular television programs or cable channels on the 42” plasma television located in the center of the family room adjacent to the kitchen.

For easy access and frequent daily use, there is a generously spaced half bath located adjacent to the family room. This is useful for those active pool users and sunbathers trailing in and out of their outdoor activities through the alarm activated patio doors!

Those wonderful and economical home cooked meals could be easily prepared in the full kitchen with eat-in area / breakfast nook that seats six people. The kitchen has ceramic tile flooring and corian counter tops. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances for the daily and entertaining needs; dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, coffeemaker, full utensil / culinary and dinnerware sets.
