The villa is situated on the US27, some 10- 12 minutes drive from the gates of Disney and other attractions such as Sea World, Universal, Wet &Wild all within easy reach. There are also many championship standard golf courses in the area.
West Stonebridge is close to many shops and supermarkets as well as numerous restaurants that cater for all tastes. The development is child-friendly being of a circular design with the only traffic being that of fellow holiday makers or service vehicles for the 73 villas.
Orlando International Airport is some 30 minutes drive away and Sanford is approximately 1 hour away. The Gulf Coast and Tampa are 75-90 minutes drive and the Atlantic resorts of Daytona and Cocoa Beach and the world famous Kennedy Space Centre are 1 hour away.
The villa offers a large living/dining/kitchen area and a games room. The master bedroom contains a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, a twin Disney themed bedroom and a double bedroom share a bathroom. All rooms have televisions (Satellite with over 185 channels).
The games room features pool, air hockey, foosball and table tennis as well as a play station 2 with games. Some board games, i.e. Monopoly are also available.
The swimming pool measures26 ft x 13 ft with jacuzzi with a large porch to shade you on the hottest of Florida days. A pool heater is available at £70 per week if required (normally October through to April). There is a shower room with sink and toilet adjacent to the pool area.
The villa is equipped and furnished to the highest standards and is fully air conditioned throughout. The kitchen has everything you should need for your stay, including cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer, plus all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery etc.

Rental prices includes all electricity, linen, towels, etc. There is a highchair, crib,2 pushchairs, car seat suitable for ages 6 months to 4 years. There is also a safe available - all free of charge.
The site has its own Management office, so there are no long tiresome journeys to collect keys on your arrival. They can offer advice as well as being on call 24 hours a day should an emergency occur.
