The villa itself offers a true home from home with the capacity of sleeping up to 8 people. All rooms are fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans provided for extra comfort.

The Lounge/Kitchen areas The Lounge/family room is a very welcome and calming sight on arrival in our villa. The room is beautifully decorated and as well as having the huge Cable TV, DVD and Video player plus wireless internet access throughout for those chilled evenings provides direct access to the pool and deck area. The sofa is a sofa bed converting into a queen size bed for additional guests. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, American sized fridge and coffee machine with all cutlery, crockery and kitchen essentials. A large washing machine and tumble drier are thoughtfully located in the double garage ensuring your peaceful holiday is not disturbed by the noise of the laundry!! The Bedrooms There are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) with the sofa in the lounge providing a further queen size bed (linen supplied). The Master Suite has a king size bed, huge walk in wardrobe and TV. The ensuite has a separate bath and double shower with the essential “his and hers” vanity units! French doors provide direct access to the sunny pool deck. Our second bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV and built in wardrobe with the third bedroom providing two single beds and built in wardrobe. A family bathroom with shower is located between these two bedrooms. The Swimming Deck/Pool Our swimming deck has unrivalled views looking directly onto the 10th fairway of the championship golf course. The pool is west facing ensuring sun from early morning to sunset and with mature pine trees providing shelter from stray golf balls, your sunset views are truly awesome! Our pool furniture provides for poolside luxury and the covered lanai with ceiling fan ensures maximum comfort on even the hottest of Floridian days.
