BEDROOMS

This home has 5 large bedrooms plus a den. All 5 are Master Bedrooms 2 with King size beds and 2 with Queen size beds. All have there own full bathroom. 5th bedroom has 2 twins, also with its own full bathroom. There are Blowdryers in each of the 5 bathrooms.  The Den has 2 twins with upgraded mattresses and they are set up as day beds to be used as a sofa for relaxing or just pull down covers for sleeping, as it is already made up.

DEN

The Den along with Playstation 2 and DVD Player is also equipped with a computer with Broadband wireless internet. 

LIVING ROOM

The Living Room is a separate living area with upgraded furniture along with gorgeous window treatments.  There is a large sofa, love seat and a chair.

FORMAL DINING ROOM

This beautiful Formal Dining Room has a large table with seating for 8.  Decorated to perfection.

FAMILY ROOM/KITCHEN/NOOK

These 3 rooms are all open like a Great Room looking out on the pool area.  Family Room is spacious with 18' high ceilings.  State of the art 32" flat screen LCD TV with cable, DVD Player and Playstation 2.

Kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave.  This kitchen has everything that you will need for a comfortable stay.

Nook has large table and has seating for 6 people.

There is also a 1/2 bath and laundry room off the family room/kitchen for your convenience.  The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.  An iron and ironing board is also there for you convenience.

Walk straight through laundry room and that will lead you directly into our game room.  The game room has a pool table, air hockey and electronic dart board for you to enjoy.

POOL & PATIO

For your pleasure there is a 40x10 covered lanai with ceiling fans.  Extended decking by the 30x15 heated pool and raised spa so you have lots of room to move around and beautiful landscaping for privacy around the pool.

The patio furniture has been upgraded and there is plenty of seating for everyone.  There are:     2 tables                4 lounge chairs                8 chairs

Once you stay in our spacious home with upgraded decorating and furniture, you won't want to stay anywhere else.  Location is perfect. Also, nearby are lots of great golf courses for the avid golfer, who can try a different course everyday.

This luxurious home is situated in the gated community of Solana Resort.  Solana has a 4000 sq. ft. clubhouse including a cyber cafe, sundry shop, concierge, beautiful community pool along with many other family fun activities.
