Rosejay Villa

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 master double with king bed and en-suite facilities. 2 double bedrooms.

1 queen bed and 1 with full size double bed ,This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided along with hair dryers. Satielite TV in all bedrooms. 

The villa has 2 bathrooms Air-conditioning keeps the whole villa cool.

 

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. There is also a television in each of the bedrooms.  If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

 

A longside the quiet sitting area (overlooking the Lake) is the main  living room that is comfortable for 6 with a drinks unit provided. There is a large formal dining area. There is also a breakfast nook  and seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. 

In the kitchen you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge/ freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, iron and ironing board in the utility room. The owners have also provided ample cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, infact everything you will ever need to make your stay comfortable.

 

Outside you will find a further area for dining, seating 6 and generally relaxing.  There are loungers & rocking chairs to relax by the lovely tranquil solar heated pool that overlooks the Lake and Golf Course beyond. An outdoor shower is available next to the pool.
