Welcome to our luxury pool home in the quiet area of Bridgewater at Town Center. Florida’s warm climate, year-round sunshine and world famous theme parks make it the perfect vacation destination for all ages.

Our spacious, privately-owned villa can be your base for an unforgettable vacation in the sun. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas which can accommodate up to 10 in comfort. How better to relax after a busy day in the parks than in our lovely villa with large deck and pool, enjoying an uninterrupted lake view? Ever booked a villa through a tour operator, only to be disappointed that your villa wasn’t private and didn’t enjoy a lake view like the picture in the brochure? With our villa you are guaranteed spectacular, uninterrupted views over the beautiful Town Center Lake.

All the attractions of Central Florida are within easy reach - Disney World is just 10 minutes away, while the Universal Theme Parks, Sea World and International Drive are 25 minutes away.

The heated, screened pool is much bigger than standard and the large deck area provides plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. The fine mesh surrounding the pool keeps the sun in and the bugs out! Our deck offers the best of both worlds. If you are a sun-worshipper, loungers are provided to bathe in the Florida sunshine all day long (remember the sun protection cream!)

On the other hand, if you want to enjoy the heat without being in direct sunlight during the hottest part of the day, the covered lanai offers shade to enjoy a cool drink and Alfresco dining. Part of the shallow end of the pool is also in the shade during this time so you don’t have to worry constantly about the children being over-exposed to the sun.

The most popular addition to our home is the 5-man hot-tub situated on the deck. The hot-tub is heated separately and adds some luxury to your vacation. Just check the Guestbook to see how much our previous guests have enjoyed being pampered in the lovely spa! You can even enjoy the warmth on the cooler winter evenings after a long day in the parks.

The main walkways throughout the villa are tiled for practicality while both living areas and bedrooms are carpeted for comfort. Vaulted ceilings add to the feeling of space and light throughout the villa and the high ledges with subtle, ornate features add character.

Having two living areas offers the ultimate in flexibility and comfort. The Great Room is bright, spacious and carpeted. There is a luxurious leather suite, a large TV, a Playstation 2 and some games for your enjoyment. The PS2 also doubles as a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need on a self-catering holiday. There is a dishwasher, cooker, double fridge freezer, microwave, waste disposal, electric kettle, coffee-maker and blender (for smoothies!) and all kitchen utensils. Child-friendly cutlery and dishes are provided.

In the family room there is a comfortable corner suite where you can enjoy the stunning lake views. The dining table can seat up to eight and a high-chair is provided. There is a ceiling fan, a TV, a DVD player, a music system and double doors leading out to the covered lanai, deck and large private pool. All doors leading out to the pool are fitted with child-alarms. You can enjoy cable on the TV with over 200 channels including all the sport, music, news and movies you could want.

The spacious Master Bedroom is luxuriously furnished with a king-size bed. Plenty of storage space is provided including a large vanity unit and a walk-in closet which is fitted with a safety deposit box. A cot is provided for babies and toddlers. Bedding is provided in all the bedrooms. Double doors lead out to the pool and deck area. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, wash basin, bath and separate walk-in shower. The master bedroom is also equipped with a 20" LCD TV and DVD combo.

One of the most popular additions to our home has been the baseball-themed Game Room. Teenagers have commented on how much they enjoyed having their own space during their vacation, although some of the Dads have also been known to disappear into the Game Room for an hour in the evenings!
