Mickey's Dream Villa II
Our south facing pool with a large lanai area, complete with table and chairs and 6 loungers for lazy days in the sun.
A Luxurious 4 bedroom villa available on its own to rent or with our 3 bedroom next door for holidays with friends and family - when you want to be with them, but not 100% all of the time!
Indian Creek is a residential community with several communal areas including children's play areas, tennis court, basketball court, putting green, soccer pitch, lake and jogging circuit.
The entrance leads to a hallway, off which on the left are bedrooms 2 and 3, separated by a bathroom to share (with bath with shower over, vanity basin unit and toilet). The bedrooms both have twin beds. On the right is the garage and a separate utility laundry room.
The garage has now become home to a game room (January 2008). We have added a 7' Air Hockey Table, 9' Table Tennis Table (ping pong) and a "Freerunnder" type Elliptical exercise machine.
The hallway then leads to the Dining Area, which has a formal table with extendable panels for larger groups. Off here to the right is bedroom 4 with a Queen (5') bed, adjacent to another bathroom (again with bath with shower over, vanity basin unit and toilet).
Following on from the Dining Area is the Living Room. This features a 3 seater sofa bed, 2 seater sofa and chair. The entertainment consists of TV with Premium Cable package, DVD player (& a selection of Dvds), music system and a growing library of books.
To the right of here is the fully equipped kitchen area with plenty of cupboard storage space and extensive selection of crockery and equipment. An electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer (with ice making compartment) and dishwasher are all fitted. At the front of this area is another table for the more relaxed meal - overlooking the pool and lanai area.
Off the Living Room to the left is the Master Bedroom with King Size bed (6') and large ensuite bathroom (with oval bath, separate shower cubicle, 2 vanity basins and units and toilet). (This bathroom can also be accessed from outside by the pool, so no need to run through the house when wet to use the facilities!!)
The kitchen, dining area and living room are beautifully bright rooms as they are south facing with skylights in the vaulted ceilings.
Off the living room is a covered lanai area and screened pool area. There are ample loungers, table and chairs to enjoy the sun, as it is a south facing pool and so is in the sun all day. There is a hedge to the left and fence to the right to help with privacy when you are enjoying your time outside. Pool heating is available for the cooler months (at an additional cost).
For our very young guests, included at no extra charge we have a travel playpen/cot with all bed linen, highchair, pushchair and a smaller stroller.
Also included are all towels and bed linen, pool/beach towels and 3 hairdryers. All bedrooms have TVs and built in wardrobes/closets complete with a large selection of hangers (including skirt and children's hangers).
A Sony laptop (new in October 2007) is available for you to use with wireless internet connection - or bring your own laptop and follow the connection guidelines in our welcome book.
Iron + ironing board, vacuum cleaner, small handheld vacuum cleaner and brooms are available for your use during your stay. (These are kept in the garage).
The villa is fully airconditionned with additional ceiling fans in the lounge, master bedroom and queen double bedded room.
The house has a fully monitored alarm system + additional door alarms on the 3 access points to the pool which activate when these doors are opened. There is also a safety fence around the pool from this access area.
Sorry - no pets. We are strictly non-smoking both inside and outside, including on the lanai by the pool.
Prices range from £470/$800 per week to £545/$930 per week with an additional supplement for Easter and Christmas. Late availability rates may also apply. Pool heating is available when required at £80/$140 per week.
Rental periods can be for any length (with rentals of 5 nights or less incurring an aditional cleaning charge).
We provide directions from several airports and local roads and also a comprehensive "Welcome Folder" at the villa.

Welcome to our villa. If you arrive at night, we have a porch light on timer so you can see clearly. Entry is by collection of key from a lockbox next to the front door - no need to go to an office or meet anyone.
Our very comfortable lounge area. This leads to the breakfast nook, kitchen, bedroom 4, bathroom 3 to the right and the master bedroom to the left. Access to the pool can be from the patio doors. Entertainment available includes Premium Cable on the TV, DVD player and a small selection of films, multi-cd player & stereo, PS2s and games and a growing library of books.
Fully equipped kitchen with large amounts of crockery, glassware and cutlery, pots, utensils and plenty of cupboard space. 
Relaxed breakfast nook overlooking the pool area. Access is also available to the pool from here.
Master Bedroom with 6' King Size Bed. Master Ensuite off this includes a large oval bath, cubicle shower, 2 vanity basins, toilet and cupboard space. Access to the pool is also available.
