Our larger than most, 1700sq. Ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, has been thoughtfully designed and decorated to ensure a luxurious atmosphere, and yet you can feel right at home.

A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, with the ability to prepare and cook a gourmet meal for eating in the FORMAL DINING ROOM , where a large table seats 6 people comfortably, or preparing simple snacks to enjoy Alfresco, poolside.

A sliding door leads out to the MAGNIFICENT POOL/JACUZZI, which is set into an extended deck, with more than enough space for both fun and relaxation, catching the sun ALL day on the luxury patio furniture. A planted hedge surrounds the fully screened area, leaving you to enjoy a lovely private space.

IN THE EVENING, change the mood, set the Jacuzzi, turn on the wonderful optic pool lighting, find your favourite drink, and let the Jacuzzi massage all the aches and pains of the day away, leaving you refreshed and relaxed, ready to face another busy day.

THE MASTER BEDROOM, is spacious light and airy, with a Queen size bed, A sliding door to the pool, a walk in closet, and wall safe, and an upgraded ensuite BATHROOM, with an oval tub, separate shower, wc. And hand basin in a vanity unit.

BEDROOM 2 is a pretty decorated twin room, which can be converted to a kingsize bed when needed.A large fitted wardrobe, and ample drawers.

BEDROOM 3, the kids twin room(SURF SHACK) also has a large fitted wardrobe, and ample drawers.

Located next to beds 2 & 3, Is the upgraded family bathroom, with bath, shower, wc. And hand basin in a vanity unit.

THE FANTASTIC GAMES ROOM, the ideal place for the kids in the family to carry on the fun long after coming home from the parks. With Pool, foosball, and air hockey, also a toy box and outdoor games.

A SEPARATE LAUNDRY ROOM. Has a washing machine, separate drier, iron, and ironing board.
