Sunset Lakes is a quiet, and small secure gated community 3 miles south west of Disney World,
of the 192 Hwy. Stay here and avoid the traffic we are so close you can pop back for a few hours for a swim in the pool. This executive development has many features including two fishing lakes, communal pool with cabana and childrens play area (tot lot). The conservation area surrounding Sunset Lakes is home to a variety of birds and wildlife! Golf enthusiasts will find nine courses (including six PGA) within close proximity.
 
Our single storey villa is fully air conditioned and furnished to a luxury executive standard throughout. It has two master en-suite bedrooms one having a Californian King bed with patio doors onto the pool area and the other a Queen overlooking the front garden. Three and four are themed twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. The fifth bedroom has been set up as a den and has a further two twin beds, there is also a large sofa that can be used as a queen-sized beb; it also has its own media centre. This is very popular with the younger set as they use it as a second lounge area.
 
The pool area has covered lanai with table and chairs and ceiling fan. There is a gas barbecue for your fresco meals. The deck has a shower and sun beds, fully screened private heated pool, under water optic coloured lighting, making night swimming inviting! It shelves from 3' to 6.6' and is approx 27 foot long. Our extended corner location is at the top of the lakes has a tropical landscaping and palm trees providing privacy with a large manicured lawns screened by woodlands. For the budding fisherman the lake is stocked with wide mouth bass... fishing tackle is available to our quests at no extra charge
