NEW house built at the end of 2006 and located at the quaint Sandy Ridge community off I4 exit 58 and only 8 miles/10-15minutes from Disney. The surrounding area is undeveloped giving a country like feel. However, I4 is only 3 minutes away, with only 1 traffic light meaning you have quick access to all of Orlando's attractions without the long queues of traffic. Disney is only at most 2 traffic lights away.

Our house is beautifully furnished with high quality contemporary style furniture and stocked with loads of amenities. You can enjoy movies on a large screen LCD TV in the living room while relaxing on a set of comfortable leather couches. Surf the internet through our high speed wireless internet connection. Out in the back sits your own private pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Upstairs there are two Master Ensuites. There are a total of 2 king size beds, 1 queen size bed, and 1 twin bunk bed. This villa has everything you need allowing more time for you to relax.

At our Villa you can get an incredible value for your money. Compared to a hotel room, our villa provides so much more space, privacy and amenities all at a per person cost of only around $16 a night when booked with 8 people. A hotel room can be over $100 a night for a small room with only two beds.

We took the time and effort to furnish our homes by ourself rather than letting someone else make those decisions for us. We feel our hard work has paid off with the quality and refinements that our villa offers and we hope you will feel the same way to.

You will receive personal attention and service as you are renting directly from us, the owners rather than going through a big corporate hotel chain or large vacation home management company. You will know what to expect with our virtual tour and photos. We have a small local management company that provides excellent service and can assist you if you have any problems.

Easy Checkin. There is no need to stop an office. They key is in a lockbox at the home and you will be provided with the code.

The Normal Rates Are:

$140 a night Mid Season

$150 a night High Season

Low Season is the months of January through March, September through December Mid Season is the Summer Months of May, June, July High Season is the weeks of Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving Optional Pool Heat is $22 a day There is a $80 cleaning fee for stays less than 5 nights. 12% Taxe and credit card fees ARE Included in the above prices. A security deposit of $250 is required and will be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure.
