The villa is ideally situated for visiting all the attractions that Florida has to offer. Not far from I-4, US 27 and US 192 anywhere in Florida is accessible. We are only an hour from the space coast and the beach. Florida mall, Millennia Mall and Outlet shopping centres are all within easy reach. You are within a short distance from restaurants and supermarkets. There is a Publix at Town Center, and a Walmart has just been built 10 miles down the US27.
