A stunning 5 bedroom, PRIVATELY OWNED Executive villa at Highland Reserve Golf & Country club sleeps 10. Everything is included in this beautiful home, which has 2 master bedrooms, 3 twin rooms, and 3 bathrooms. AND Disney is just a few minutes drive away.

There is a 24-Hour Wal-Mart Supercenter within 3 miles and a well stocked Publix Supermarket is just down the road as well as various take aways, a Suntrust Bank and an Applebee's Family Bar and Grill. As our guests you also have full use of the community tennis courts, children's playground and swimming pool - free of charge.

Our home is air-conditioned throughout and is controlled by 2 seperate units, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Every room also has a variable speed ceiling fan including the lanai. All linens and towels are provided and the beds are made up for your arrival.

Everything about the master bedroom is the huge bed, the walk-in closet, the en-suite with its large walk-in shower and corner tub and the view over the golf course is stunning. That same wonderful view can also be enjoyed from the pool deck as you relax on one of our luxuriously padded sun loungers, whilst watching the golfers make their way up the golf course or sometimes searching for the "occasional" mis-hit  in amongst the delicately scented pine trees adjacent to the lanai.

If you prefer to sit in the shade there is a covered lanai with ceiling fan and a large table luxuriously cushioned chairs.

A further patio table and four chairs makes this area an ideal place for you and your family/friends to relax with a chilled glass of wine whilst watching the sunset after a hectic day at the parks.

Master Bedroom: The upstairs comprises a large master bedroom, with a spacious en-suite bathroom incorporating tub, walk in shower, his & hers vanity basins and hair dryer. Fitted with a queen bed, ceiling fan, large remote cable TV, phone and clock radio make it a delightful room to sleep in. There is a large walk in closet offering plenty of storage space.

Double Room: The 2nd Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, bedside lamps and free cable TV.

Twin Rooms: Upstairs also has two twin rooms, both are themed with either Spider-Man or Tinker-Bell and equipped with ceiling-fans, cable TVs, clock radios, wall mirrors and large closets for storage.

2nd Bathroom: Also on the top floor you will find a nicely decorated second bathroom with combination shower-bathtub and his & hers vanity basin.

Entrance Hallway: On entering our villa you are welcomed by a cool and spacious entrance hall, which sets the tone for the rest of the villa.

Downstairs Bedroom: There is also another twin bedroom located on the ground floor, which is well equipped with ceiling fan, cable TV, clock radio, wall mirror and plenty of storage space.

Kitchen and Utility Room: The kitchen is a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make your holiday as easy and relaxing as possible. It incorporates a built in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, and a fridge freezer with automatic cold water ice dispenser. The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

Dining Area: The dining room comfortably seats six on a beautiful laid out table overlooking the pool area, whilst the breakfast nook has a further table and four chairs.

Family Room: The large living room is beautifully and comfortably furnished with a ceiling fan in addition to air conditioning. A comfortable sofa and two chairs, large cable TV with hundreds of different channels including LIVE UK PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALL (Soccer), Disney Channel and more, DVD Player with over 30 DVDs and a brand new Sony PlayStation 2 and games and access to the pool will make this the perfect area to relax in.

Living Room: Apart from the Family room there is a separate living room with comfortable seating, tables and lighting. This room is the perfect place to get away from it all.

Pool Area: The pool area is an oasis of calm after the hectic days of Disney and shopping. Relax with a cool drink by our large screened pool overlooking the Golf course. This large patio area is well equipped with tables, chairs and lounge chairs. It is the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast as you bask in the sun under a blue sky.

Community Amenities: Highland Reserve boasts one of the finest golf courses in Florida. It is set in undulating countryside and surrounded by orange groves and pine trees. There are also tennis courts, a children's play area and communal pool.
