Florida Villa
We are very child friendly and have a cot and high chair if needed, please just let us know if you require either. We have a telephone which receives calls- all local calls are free. If you wish to make long distance calls (USA or UK) they can be made using a phone card purchased from Walmart.
We have a generously sized fully screened Florida room at the rear of the villa with a large 30’ x 15’ heated pool and decking area with cushioned pool side loungers. Pool and beach towels are provided. For your safety and peace of mind there are unbreakable glasses for use in the pool area.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a Flat Screen TV, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite facilities. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom which is only slightly smaller than the second has twin beds-both rooms have ample storage space. These two rooms share a bathroom which has both a bath and shower.
The kitchen has a large fridge freezer dispensing ice cubes and chilled water. A coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and cooking utensils are all provided. There is a kitchen seating area for 4 people.
There is a spacious living area where you can relax. There is an additional dining area apart from the kitchen area with dining table and 6 chairs.
For your entertainment there is a TV with cable, a video player, DVD player and a selection of DVD’s and videos for all ages to watch. There is a computer with high speed connection available for adult use only.
