This home offers spacious luxurious accommodation in the prestigious gated community of The Sanctuary. Our home is situated in a pivate and peaceful location overlooking a conservation area and offers easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car.
Champions Gate with two 18 hole courses designed by Greg Norman a mere two minutes drive from your vacation villa.
Westhaven is located close to the US27-14 intersection and is well placed for shops, supermarkets , petrol stations and restaurants all within 5 minutes drive.
Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive
The accommodation on the ground floor includes family-room with cable TV, DVD and CD stereo system, an additional sitting-room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen incorporating breakfast bar dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc and everything that you would expect in a home from home.
Breakfast nook has patio doors to pool area.
There are also 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, both with TV and DVD player one with double bed and access to pool deck and the other with 2 single beds .
All bedrooms have large fitted closets
Also on the ground floor we have one full bathroom with shower and one half bathroom
Completing the ground floor layout is a fully eqipped laundry/ utility room and a games room with pool and air-hockey games.
The pool area has an extended deck incorporating a Florida Lanai for that all-important shade from the sun and sun-loungers for those aiming to stay out of the shade as much as possible.
The pool side furniture includes table and chairs for poolside dining.
The pool,deck and and spa face south onto the conservation area and provide privacy for those relaxing days pool-side.
The first floor accomodations consist of master bedroom with en-suite facilities, king size bed,TV and private balcony overlooking the pool and conservation area.
The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has a huge walk in shower, double vanity sinks, roman bath tub, separate toilet and his and hers walk in closets.
Completing this floor we have two further bedrooms, one twin room with TV , playstation and toys and games for the kids and one double with TV and DVD player.
There is also one full bathroom with shower.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
