Our superb home is located at Sunset Lakes, a peaceful, gated community with homes nestled around a sparkling lake. Little extra touches provide a true 'home from home' for your family with all the benefits of staying in a luxury home while being very close to the action of the Disney theme parks – literally just 10 minutes drive away. Sunset Lakes also boasts a community pool and children's play area. With a tropical climate Florida living is naturally based outside and our spacious lanai and Pool area offers plenty of comfortable furniture, an electric BBQ and benefits from the sun from mid morning. The family sized swimming pool looks westward over the full length of the lake and is complimented by the separate Luxury spa - the ultimated in private relaxation! What could be better than lounging with a drink at the end of the day while watching spectacular views of the famous Florida sunset.
The luxury accommodation sleeps up to 12 in 5 bedrooms, all offering cable TV. Our TWO Stunning Master Suites both have luxurious en-suites. The first offers a King Bed with private lakeview balcony while the second has a Queen bed and private access to the pool. Children will love sleeping in our 'Scooby-Doo' bedroom with toys, books and a DVD player, there is also a family bathroom, further twin bedroom and a bright queen double bedroom.
The spacious open plan living areas offer a 40" Plasma TV with VCR, DVD & CD players, and sliding doors to the swimming pool and lanai. The Games room offers air conditioned gaming on a Playstation 2, with board games, books, a reading corner and even a Poker table, plus an added Air Hockey table in the garage area.
Our kitchen comes equipped with everything you could need for holiday eating and for convenience we have a dishwasher, microwave and waste- disposal. For dining there is a Dining room off the kitchen with lake views while for convenience there is a Utility room with washing machine and dryer and a also powder room.
