BEDROOM 4 is decorated in a childrens MICKEY theme with bunkbeds,bottom bunk double size(sleeps 3)and to keep the kids happy a playstation 2 with games and a large 20" TV.and leads onto the third bathroom.

BATHROOM 3 is shared with bedrooms 3/4 and is full size consisting of toilet/full bath with shower attachment and curtain and vanity units.

LARGE 30' HEATED PRIVATE FULLY FENCED SWIMMING POOL AND DECK furnished with plenty of luxurious pool furniture consisting of table and four reclining chairs with matching foot stools,four sunbeds with side table and pool towels to relax and soak up the sun,The pool is true south facing and fully screened to keep out any unwanted insects but allows the sun rays to pass through for those wishing to take in that Florida sunshine.pool heating is available on request for those winter months at an additional charge.(rec nov/dec/jan/feb).

NEW GAMES ROOM consists of 7' pool table,6'electric air hockey table,4'foosball game table,electronic darts board and PLAYSTATION 2 with games,and a selection of family board games.
