Welcome to ‘Citrus View’, our luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa, on the small, quiet community of Westbury.

The Madison style villa is brick built, fully air-conditioned and insulated to keep out the heat of the Florida sun. There are also ceiling fans in every room.

All doors and windows leading to the pool area are alarmed in accordance with Florida law.

It is located amongst the orange groves of Davenport just 1.5miles from junction 55 of Interstate 4, south on Highway 27. We are only 10 minutes from Disney’s MainGate, 9.6miles to MGM Studios, within minutes from championship golf courses, close to restaurants, shops, gas stations and easy access to all theme parks via the I4. Only two minutes away from Posner Park where there are stores such as Target, JC Penny, Dick's Sporting Goods, PetMart, Belk and many more.

Only about an hour away from either coast.

As with most American properties our villa has an open plan kitchen/dining room/ living room.

The fully fitted kitchen has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker and many electrical labour saving devices.

The dining area has a table with six seats; the breakfast bar has three stools and the patio table provides another six seats.

Washing machine and tumble drier are there for guests use, so bring less clothes leaving room in your suit cases for all those items you wish to buy.

The living area has comfortable settees for you to enjoy watching digital cable TV, a DVD or just relax. We provide a selection of DVDs, videos and books.

A separate area of the living room houses the Playstation 2 and you will also find some board games and cards.

The patio doors lead to the covered lanai. During the midday sun the shade and ceiling fan will help keep you cool.

You may choose to cook on the gas BBQ, gas range or send for a take away - there are several that deliver in the area.

The inviting 28' x 15' private pool, on an extended deck, is south facing for maximum sun. Or you may choose to relax in our above ground Spa.  There are privacy fences to each side, with citrus trees to the rear and a large flowering hedge ensuring privacy whilst you swim or sunbath. Sun loungers are available for you to top up that suntan and the whole area mesh screened for guest comfort. The timed underwater pool light allows you to swim in the evenings.

 

 Master Bedroom 1 over looks the pool and provides a King bed, Cable TV, walk-in wardrobe, hairdryer, en-suite bathroom with large shower. The bathroom has a door leading to the pool for use when swimming.

Master Bedroom 2 overlooks the front garden and has a Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, Cable TV, hairdryer, en-suite bathroom with large shower.

2 Twin Bedrooms provide a further 4 beds - one room is Disney theme. Both share the third bathroom that has a bath and shower. There is Cable TV both rooms.

Full sized wooden crib with baby linen, high-chair, baby listener and a bay yard  are available FREE.

A queen bedsofa in the living room provides bed space for a further 2 guests.

Bed linen and towels are provided. 

Fabulous Games Room – this is air-conditioned with a ceiling fan and the floor is carpeted. It houses a full sized American slate bed pool table that is also marked for snooker with a full set of snooker balls. There is also table football, electronic darts, air hockey and to help enjoy the room a radio/CD player.

We now provide Free Local, Long Distance and limited International Phone Calls. 

 ALSO FREE High Speed INTERNET CONNECTION - just bring your own laptop.

Our Villa is non-smoking but smoking is permitted by the pool.

Pool/Spa heating - £100/$150 per week or £15/$25 per day

For less than 7 days - After Stay Cleaning £75/$95

Non-returnable DEPOSIT of £200/$300 per week is required with booking

REFUNDABLE SECURITY BOND of £200/$300 is required with final payment. Full remittance and refundable security bond is required 10 weeks prior to departure.
