BELLA KATHLEEN
Bella Kathleen is a comfortable 3/4 bedroomed family home, with the pool overlooking water at the rear. This home has been lavishly furnished to the highest quality to meet all your needs during your stay. We have loads of pool toys for the family to enjoy.
The very large living/family room has been equipped with TV, DVD/VHS Recorder and CD Player. We also have a computer, which is linked to Hi-speed internet. We have attempted to supply a wide range of DVDs for your use, together with an extensive library of books.
The Master Bedroom has a TV for your enjoyment, together with an en-suite all beautifull equipped.
There are two further bedrooms one with a Kig Size bed and the other with twin beds. We have a further room we call the den which doubles as a bedroom having two pull out sofas.
Rotonda, South West Florida is located near beautiful Cape Haze, Boca Grande & Englewood on the Gulf of Mexico. This relaxing area is the perfect spot for enjoying a laid back, quiet vacation. There are outdoor activities for every adventurer. You can jet ski, parasail, fish or charter a boat from one of the area’s marinas. There are numerous golf courses and nearby there are many beautiful beaches all within 10-15 minutes.
Pine Valley has the newest golf course on Rotonda, opened in January 2008. This is rumoured to be one of the best golf courses in the Charlotte County area and Bella Kathleen is ideally located to this '
A host of wild life can be found on your doorstep on Rotonda whilst in the inter-coastal you will nearly always see dolphin and even occasionally a manatee. For the nearby beaches on Boca Grande and Minnesota Cay, as well as the beaches on Palm Island and Don Pedro Island which are only accessible by boat. Boat rental is easy and very popular. A Shopping Mall is only 10 minutes, with two massive shopping Outlets Ellenton and Miromar only a 40 minute drive away. There is a host of fantastic restaurants all very locally. Rotonda has its own park, with tennis and children's play area just 5 minutes from home.
