There are hundreds of villas for you to choose from when you wnat to visit Disney in Orlando, but if you are a more discerning visitor who wants somewhere more contemporary and special to stay, that looks 'different' from the rest then Villa Moderne is the place for you!

It has the 'WOW' factor from your first step into the villa - high ceilings, lots of light and colour, different areas to enjoy different activities - enough variety to please everyone.

We hand picked all the furniture ourselves and the paintings on the wall are original works. We wanted to offer you a holiday home that will delight you from your first step into the villa and our guests asssure us they have not been disappointed.

Our pool overlooks a pine wood and is South facing so gets the sun all day long. If it gets to hot, there is an extensive covered lanai for you to take cover under. We have provided four loungers with cushions and patio furniture so you can enjoy a drink outside.

Villa Moderne is on the exclusive new gated community of Tuscan Hills - a small community with a Mediterranean feel - the villa is far from small though - you will have 3,400 square feet to relax in!

Facilities of the Villa

Ground floor

master suite with king bed, walk in closet, separate WC, bath, shower, two sinks, access to the pool via patio doors, wall mounted flat screen TV, CD player, clock.

Living area with sofas to relax on, play chess, read, relax - with patio doors opening onto the pool.

Family area with sectional leather sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player + DVD's, video player + video's with doors leading onto the pool area.

Nook area for informal dining.

Kitchen - fully equipped with huge fridge with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you might need to cook anything from a boiled egg to a full roast dinner! Utility room with washer and dryer.

Formal dining area separate from the other areas.

Games room - fantastic car themed games room with pool table, air hockey, basketball, darts and foosball.

Upstairs

Queen master suite with walk in closet, en suite bathroom with shower, flat screen TV, playstation 2 and games.

Two twin rooms - one can be ensuite if desired - one with walk in closet both with TV's and one with PS 2 and games.

Computer on a desk in the 'loft' area. Sofa, library, CD player with CD's, games, jigsaws, cards etc.

Pool area is south facing, secluded at the rear, screened from the neighbours by bushes, spa, lanai, patio furniture, loungers.

We offer free wireless internet access, free international and national phone calls, hairdryers, pool games, lounger cushions, designer pool towels, luxury towels.

There is a clubhouse at the entrance to the community that has a large lounge area, fitness area, computer room, coffee and tea making facilities, outside childrens' play area, volleyball court, tennis court, garden to relax in, Disney information. We are surrounded by over 24 golf courses and we are a five minute drive from Champions Gate with its championship courses.
