The kitchen is complete with coffee maker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, and all utensils are provided. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your convenience, and towels and bed linen are provided. The villa is centrally air-conditioned for your comfort, and the pool is heated to enable year-round use. The villa has been recently refurbished with new leather sofas and carpets. There is a large screen television, dvd and video provided in the living area with further televisions in ALL bedrooms and games room with 2 additional dvd's. Sunset lakes is built around a beautiful lake, with a large communal pool and a childrens play area. The estate is gated for your privacy and security.
