"POOHSHOUSE" LUXURY VILLA NEAR TO DISNEY
The villa is in a relaxed, tranquil setting and yet is only minutes away from Highway 192 (Road to Disney) with its vast choice of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
The Disney Theme Parks are less than 10 minutes away.
Your private pool is fully screened and backs onto a peaceful wooded area. It has luxurious padded pool furniture for outside dining or just drinks by the pool. Dining for eight under the covered Lanai with outside ceiling fan for those hot nights It also has an underwater multi-coloured pool light for evening usage after a long enjoyable day at the theme parks. Pool heating is available as an optional extra at £80 per week.

Colour televisions connected to the cable network are provided in all the bedrooms and lounge along with a DVD player. The Villa is luxuriously decorated and of course air conditioned. Additional ceiling fans are provided in the lounge, Master bedroom and outside Lanai.
The Master bedroom has a Luxury Queen size bed, with matching units and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is decorated in the "Winnie the Pooh " theme and has a single and double Bunk Bed and another single bed allowing this room to Sleep four. The third bedroom has a Full size bed, white dressing table and units and these two bedrooms have their own family bathroom. A cot, highchair, car seat and numerous toys are free to use..This villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an extensive range of equipment including an oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffemaker,dishwasher, George Foreman grill and waste disposal unit. There is also a large washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility closet.
The villa has a telephone system connected and all local calls are free.
The price includes all electricity, linen, towels etc for your stay.
Your Florida vacation villa is surrounded by many interesting attractions to fill your days and nights with fun. Lazy river boat rides and Pirates Cove crazy golf are both nearby and only 5 minutes drive away is "Old Town” for a great night of fun, with go carts, bungee jumping, vintage American car processions and much, much more. Medieval Times, Arabian Nights and Alligator Alley are all close by.
Orlando International Airport is an easy 25 minutes drive away & only 20.5miles.
The pool looks out over a wooded area with beautiful Red Cardinals and bluebirds for you to watch fly by.It also has the option of being heated in the winter.
The lounge is fully tiled and bright with modern new suede sofas, coffee table and matching units with a large colour TV connected to the full cable network, along with DVD player and Hi-fi. Patio doors lead out from here to the pool area and Lanai.
This bedroom is decorated in the theme of "Winnie the Pooh". It had a multi coloured bunk bed with double and single bed with matching "Winnie the Pooh" bedding. There is an additional single bed in here which enables this room to sleep 4 comfortably.Also a TV and numerous toys for your childrens pleasure are provided.
Fully eqipped modern kitchen with extensive range of equipment including large oven & Hob, fridge/freezer,dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and George Foreman grill.Ample crockery, utensils and linen are provided too.Cool bags for the theme parks and a larger cool box for the beach are free for you to use.
The master bedroom is also fully tiled and is connected to your own en-suite bathroom with walk in shower,bath tub and vanity unit. It has a queen size bed with luxury bedding, matching dressing table and units and walk in wardrobe. A safe is provided free for your use. Patio doors lead out from here to the pool area. There is also Flat screen TV connected to the full cable system and bedside phone.
