Our luxury 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is fully air conditioned and sleeps upto 12 people. It has 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool area, and 1 master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. There are 2 twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom. There is a safe in the villa for the storing of valuables. All bedrooms have cable TV and all bed linen and towels are provided. For the very young there is a crib, highchair, stroller and swing.
The light and spacious lounge overlooks the pool and is equipped with 2 sofas (one is a queen sleeper sofa), armchair, cable TV, DVD, and stereo system. The formal dining area has seating for 6. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay and adjoining the kitchen is the breakfast nook with further seating for 4.
The large lanai provides plenty of shade especially for small children and there is a safety screen between the lanai and pool to keep the little ones away from the water but can be moved for access to the pool. There is also a large spa to relax in after the long days at the Parks, shopping malls or after a round of golf. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs for dining alfresco in the evenings and there is also a gas BBQ. If after you have relaxed or the children still need further activities we have now added a Games Room.
Our stunning villa is situated on the exclusive Orange Tree community which is to the west of Disney on highway 27 2.5 miles to the north of the famous 192. It is a 15 minutes drive to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal and within 5 minutes there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets and several CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF Courses. The Gulf and Atlantic coasts are about 1.5 hours away. Orange Tree has it own soccer pitch, tennis and basketball courts and for the younger children there is a play area which all within walking distance of the villa.
