Our beautiful Villa has four bedrooms which will comfortably sleep eight people. The master suite has en-suite facilities and a walk in wardrobe. The bedroom benefits from an upgraded Queen Superplush bed ensuring a comfortable nights sleep. Direct access to the private fully screened pool could not be simpler, either directly through the patio doors onto the covered lanai or though the en-suite directly poolside. The addition of a refreshing ceiling fan ensures a comfortable environment is maintained whatever the temperature outside.
The second double bedroom is smart and modern. It also benefits from an upgraded Queen Superplush bed with blue stripe bedding and coordinates giving a luxurious touch. The two twin rooms are finished with coordinated bedding and pelmets with pictures of Disney and Universal characters to ensure even the little ones are made to feel pampered.
The living area is spacious and airy and, thanks to the large ceiling fan, always just at the right temperature to enjoy a quiet read looking out over the pool. Alternatively you can listen to music on the mini HIFI, watch the cable TV or enjoy the X box with the selection of provided. There are two dining tables which accommodate 6 an 4 people comfortably; perfect for those relaxing evenings in together!
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, cutlery and crockery for both indoor and outdoor use. The washing machine and tumble dryer are hidden away in the utility room where the iron and ironing board can also be found.
There is a huge double garage which houses the quality Pool and Air Hockey tables and electronic dartboard. Also provided for the sporty types are tennis equipment and even a full set of golf clubs.
The Villa is serviced by three major shopping and dining areas including Publix, Target and Walmart supermarkets all within a 5 minute drive. Disney is a 15 minute drive and another 10 minutes in the car will bring you to all the I Drive attractions.
The villa has been upgraded with many features to improve your Florida experience and the extensive living area floor tiling gives the whole living space a luxurious classical feel.
