Silver Palms Villa is a fabulous 5 bed family home at Solana Resort. It is luxuriously and tastefully decorated and features many upgrades from the standard home. It has its own games room plus a huge 30' swimming pool landscaped for privacy and has a large extended deck giving you lots of space for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
Our two en-suite master bedrooms make it perfect for two families to share with three further twin bedrooms providing spacious accommodation for ten people. Once you stay in our luxury family friendly villa you won't want to stay anywhere else!
Location is perfect just minutes from Disney and all other major attractions. Also, nearby are lots of great golf courses for the avid golfer who can try a different course everyday

Cathedral ceilings give our villa a light and airy ambiance. The family room, kitchen & breakfast nook are all one big open area and is beautifully furnished. We have a fantastic 52 inch high definition TV connected to multi-channel cable plus a DVD giving you a great viewing experience. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer. The laundry area has washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
For more formal family dining you can move into our elegant dining area which is tastefully furnished with a dining table and chairs. Set & ready for you to enjoy.
The spacious Master Bedroom leads off the family room and is furnished with a large size bed with matching furniture and lamps, a walk in closet and 27 inch TV connected to multi-channel cable. The private bathroom is equipped with a large walk in shower, and separate bath and of course the essential hairdryer.
Our 2nd Master Bedroom Our 2nd Master Bedroom again with its own ensuite bathroom, plus hairdryer and is furnished with a queen size bed, matching furniture, large closet and a TV connected to multi-channel cable.
Bedroom 3 and 4 has shared bathroom facilities and is furnished with twin beds, matching furniture, large closet and TV connected to multi-channel cable - plus an Xbox and a great choice of games. (So my son tells me!)

Games Room continue the fun after a hard day at the parks , playing pool or table football (fuse ball) in our games room.

My family and i spent 10 days in your villa at Easter. We could not have choosen a more fabulous and perfect villa to holiday in. Catherine: Your villa is well maintained and clean, and in an ideal area, not too far from the activities we wanted to do. It was pleasant to arrive and have all the amenities we needed there. A quick trip to the grocery store and we were set for the week. All essentials, like grocery, drugstores etc are close by. We had friends staying in the same resort but we loved the location of your villa more as it had a south facing pool. The house was well laid out giving privacy to both families. It is roomy, beautifully decorated and very clean. Our boys really enjoyed the pool and having a TV of their own to watch too! The neighbourhood was really attractive & in a great location, quiet and safe but close to the parks and shopping and we certainly felt it was the best of all the vacation homes we have stayed at during our travels so far.
