Haycorns 3+ bed home with secluded pool and spa
Haycorns is a light and airy, fully air conditioned 3+ bedroom / 2 bathroom villa ideally located on the popular, well established, community of Thousand Oaks. Its sunny, south west facing pool, extended deck, freestanding spa and lanai (covered patio) overlook a conservation area and are naturally secluded.
A day spent at Haycorns is not just a rest day or break form the parks, but an integral part of your holiday .
Disney Maingate is reached by any easy 10 minute drive involving just one set of traffic lights! Universal Studios is easily accessed via the I4 in about 20 minutes.
THE POOL AREA
The extended pool area is very secluded - not another pool screen in sight from our deck! Haycorns is situated at the end of a cul de sac on a large corner plot. At the end of its garden is a conservation area and a pond. You can spend hours sat relaxing on the pool deck, and you will be not be disturbed by, nor disturb, anyone other than the other residents of Haycorns or local wildlife!
The pool has a large deck area and a covered lanai to protect you from the sun. It is fully screened to keep bugs out and children in! Comfortable patio furniture is provided to seat all guests, including 5 luxury padded loungers. Relax in our large hot tub/spa packed full of bubbles and heated independently from the pool.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is located in the heart of Haycorns. It is fully equipped to prepare family meals for 8, but with numerous restaurants on the 192, just 10 minutes away, you might prefer to treat yourself to a meal out.
In the attached double garage you will find both a washing machine and a dryer.
LIVING AREAS
The lounge area has a large sofa, a loveseat (small sofa) and armchair and overlooks the pool. There is cable TV and a DVD player for your enjoyment. A range of DVDs are also provided.
The villa has a den/playroom packed with entertainment for guests of all ages. It has a huge box of Lego Duplo, a massive wooden train set, numerous toys and family games, and DVDs, a Nintendo Wii with games for all ages and TV.
BEDROOMS
The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite facilities, a TV with Cable, and lots of cupboard space.
The pool area can be accessed directly from the ensuite bathroom with its large walk in shower.
The other 2 bedrooms both with twin beds are located on the other side of the villa. These are idea for adults or children.
A cot/crib and highchair and strollerare available free of charge for our youngest guests.
In the den is a large sofa which converts to a queen size bed, providing you with a bonus 4th bedroom at no extra cost.
There are silently operating ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the lounge and the den to keep you all cool.
MAKING YOU WELCOME
We do all we can to make your arrival at Haycorns straightforward and welcoming There is no need to struggle to find another location to collect the key before you can enter the villa - just turn up and let yourself in using the coded key pad.
The cost of villa rental includes free local,national and international calls. You can even bring your own laptop and access the internet for free via our wireless broadband link.
LOCATION
The nearest supermarket,Publix, is located just 5 minutes drive away There are other shops and restaurants located nearby including McDonalds, Italian and Mexican restaurants, a chinese take away and a Subway.
Orlando International Airport is an easy 40 minute drive on quiet roads. Sanford is just 20 minutes further away.
Haycorns is only minutes from Junction 58 of the I4, giving you easy access to both the Gulf and the Space coast beaches and tourist attractions.
