SW facing 28' x 14' Heated Pool, Spa for 6 and extended Deck for all day sunshine, overlooking the lake, including sun beds, umbrella & seating - a lovely spot to watch the Sunset after a hard day at the Parks or Shopping, or to spend a day relaxing and chilling out (a removable child safety fence for around the pool to protect the little ones is also available)  You will also find a number of inflatables, dive sticks & floats in the garage for use in the pool.  Both houses either side have obscure privacy screen meaning you are not overlooked in the pool area. 

 

Please note no BBQs are allowed in the pool area or on the deck.

The Ground Floor consists of:

Covered Porch leading to front door, with a tiled Entrance area as you enter the house. 

Large Kitchen area with telephone, range cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, big fridge/freezer with built in ice maker, dishwasher, twin sink with waste disposal unit, electric and/or range kettles, coffee maker, blender, toaster and everything else you would need - just like home.  Floating island to eat an informal breakfast or dinner at.

10% Discount for Bookings of 3 Weeks or more.

 

No Minimum Stay  - but for stays of 6 nights or less a departure cleaning charge or £60 / $95 will be added to your rental costs.
