Sunset is a 4 bed 2.5 bath home on Chatham Park in Kissimmee. The large west facing solar pool overlooks a small lake and fountain at the rear. Ideal for relaxing around the pool after an exhausting day at the Parks.
The accommodation comprises King bed in downstairs master with en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, 2 vanity units, tub and toilet. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms, Queen bed in bedroom 2 and Twins in bedrooms 3 and 4. The Twin beds are themed with Animal prints in one bedroom and Sail boats in the other. All bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. The upstairs bathroom has shower over the tub and towel cupboard.
In the lounge is a large 52" TV with cable box and DVD player. In the front room is another TV dedicated to playing PS2, DVD player, VCR Player and wireless high speed internet access. The living area is fully tiled while the bedrooms are carpeted.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc. In the kitchen nook is a dinette with table and 4 chairs.
In the garage is the games room with air hockey/pool table, foosball, dart board, bar table and 2 stools. In the small alcove in the garage is the dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
At the rear of Sunset in the lanai (covered porch) is a table and 6 chairs for dining al fresco plus 4 loungers around the pool.
For added convenience Sunset has a safe and security alarm installed.
