THE POOL 30ft x 18ft (resurfaced in Jan 2010, fully screened extended pool area, with ample space for everyone to relax, covered lanai overlooking the pool with two tables and (8) armchairs for al fresco dining and a ceiling fan for your comfort. There is also an additional covered lanai (also overlooking the pool) to get out of the sun. The pool area gets the sun from early morning till the sun goes down; boasting the most beautiful sunsets Florida is famous for. Watch the wildlife by the lakes as it's guaranteed to entertain you. This is a perfect place to relax after a busy day at the parks or just spend a day 'chilling' by the pool.
THE MAIN LOUNGE The lounge has 3 large comfy sofas, 47" LCD TV, home cinema surround a sound, DVD player, free High Speed Internet access, Patio doors leading to the pool area, ample seating, ceiling fan.
THE FRONT LOUNGE seats 8 and has a very airy feel with full height ceilings and dual aspect windows.
THE GAMES ROOM Games room with Pool Table, Air Hocky, Fooseball, Darts. Seating area for drinks / snacks. Celing fan, portable fan and a CD player for your comfort and enjoyment.

THE MASTER BEDROOM The Master en-suite bedroom, features a king bed,32" HD TV with cable, his and hers (hers is a walk in) closets, ceiling fan with a window giving views over the lake at the back of the house. The en-suite has a large oval bath, walk in shower and a double vanity unit and a private WC.
