Rental Rates:
Rates vary from $85 to $135 (US) dollars per night (does not include 13% Florida tax)

(Minimum Stay: 4 days/3 nights) - (Stays less than 7 days, incur a one time $80.00 cleaning fee)
Heated Pool: $20.00 per day + tax. (Good to use between the months of October & April)
Mid-term Cleaning: Arranged by request.
Discounts: Available for long stays (3 weeks+), last minute bookings, & repeat customers.
