0pen the living room doors of High Grove Heights onto the pool area and take in the view. The pool and spa greet you with a backdrop on manicured grass and Floridian trees. Five luxury bedrooms are beautifully furnished. The Master Suite is luxuriously furnished with a king size bed, has its own en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers and tub There are a further two double rooms with King size beds and two further twin rooms. Every bedroom has cable tv, dvd, radiio and alarm clock. Two addiitional bathrooms compliment the en suite. The fully equipped open plan kitchen diner which adjoins the living area is equipped with automatic dishwasher microwave, full range cooker, garbage disposal and large fridge freezer and ice maker it is fully equipped with every utensil that you may need during your stay. There is a fully integrated laundry system consisting of washer and independent tumble dryer. The living arears are sumptuously furnished with a luxury leather 3 piece suites, Formal dining area,coffee and occasional tables and lamps. The entertainment area consists of a 42” high definition flat screen television, with its own cable system. This is complimented with a Sky+ system. There is als a DVD/CD for you enjoyment. The welcoming pool, heated if required, is complimented by a built in spa. The pool deck is tastefully constructed of brick pavers which are cool on the feet. The pool and Spa deck is fully screened. There is a colour change lighting system installed within the pool to give you something "different” in the hours of darkness. The pool deck, which is illuminated in the evening by LED lighting, is furnished with chairs sun loungers and table. As required by state law all exits onto the pool area are alarmed to offer an added degree of safety for young children To add to your vacation we have a superb games room. The villa backs onto a grassed conservation area so you have nobody overlooking you. giving you added privacy without taking away the views from the pool deck.
