Our spacious & open plan family room has 42in LCD cableTV, DVD, hi-fi system & telephones to allow you to relax and enjoy after a day at the beach. Our fully equipped kitchen has huge US fridge/freezer, microwave, electric ketle,dishwasher,juicer and many more appliances. We also have a separate laundry room with washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.
Enjoy our south facing, solar heated pool with privacy screening on the bottom panels and side panels to allow total privacy for sunbathing /entertaining and sectional rattan furniture..We also provide a gas BBQ and equipment. We offer beach equipment for you to use including beach chairs, umbrella, table. coolboxes and beach towels. We offer free internet access (wifi), free local telephone calls and full comcast cable TV package.Our weekly rate is £460 / $750 (depending upon the season) and the only additional fee is an end of rental cleaning fee of £70 / $110. There are no additional fees for utilities (provided you do not exceed $35 per week), taxes or pool heating. Please ask if we have any specials for the time you are interested in. We accept UK/US cheques, electronic bank transfers and VISA (via paypal - with a 3.5% charge)
