JUST BOUGHT AND UNDER GOING REVAMP...
Welcome to our Villa based an Highlands Reserve golf comunity. We have just purchased the home and are just in the process of revamping the home, So pictures will be added asap. Our villa will be available to rent from the 5th March.
Our home is one of the largest 4 bed floor plans, making it really airy and spacious. It is 4 bed 3 baths with South/West pool Spa, Lanai and golf view. There will also be tv's & dvd's in everyroom and a games room will also be added, new bedding etc.
This is our 2nd Villa on Highlands Reserve, the firsts was a learning curve which we sold in 2009. We now feel we our home ticks all the boxes.

We have stayed in many villas in Davenport and Kissimmee over the years and would say that this has been at the top of our list and would be mopre than happy to return again.
Sarah was also very helpful during the whole booking process and everything was as described in the website.

We had a FaBuLouS time at your villa! The house by far exceeded our expectations! It was clean, fresh & very nicely decorated. There was ample space for our family with our five young children....the spa & pool were a big hit as well as the games room! With the south-west pool facing the golf course, we felt like we had a lot of privacy and there was sun on the pool from 9am to sunset! The neighbourhood is lovely with a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, restaurants, etc right around the block! As well, it was a very short drive to Disney & all of the local attractions. We can't wait to go back and visit!!! Thank you for a very magical vacation :) Carolyn & family
