Welcome to our spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxurious villa with private screened pool and spa. Located just  minutes from Disney World and between 20 and 30 minutes from most of Orlando's world famous attractions, shops and golf courses. And it's only an hour away from the Florida Gulf Coast beaches or the Kennedy Space Centre.

We have free high speed wifi internet access, complete with free local, national and international calls.

The villa has three master bedrooms.  Two are located on the ground floor.  One, which has a kingsize bed, also has a large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, large whirlpool corner tub, and his and hers matching wash basins. The second downstairs master has a queensize bed and access to a small bathroom with bath and shower combined.   This bathroom is also used as a communal downstairs cloakroom.  It  has two access doors – one from the bedroom and one from the living area. The third Master is located on the first floor and has an ensuite with walk in shower.

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the first floor and each room has twin beds.  There is a  full bathroom with shower and bath combined, servicing these bedrooms.

All of the five bedrooms have walk in closet space, ceiling fans and their own cable T.V.  All of the TVs are independently operated, so each room can watch a different program.

The ground floor living space is open plan, comprising of kitchen, dining area, breakfast area, a family/living room and a Den.  The Den has a sofa bed and can convert into a sixth bedroom. The family/living room has a patio door which leads onto the lanai, patio and pool area.

ENTERTAINMENT: 

There are plenty of things to keep everyone happy - large cable combo TV/DVD in the family/living Room and in the Den.

The Games Room features Pool, Air Hockey, foosball, and various board games.

But best of all, take a dip in the great pool, unwind in the spa or just relax in the spacious lounge area. Screened pool area and ambient lighting makes this a fabulous area to kickback during the evening just to relax and unwind. No fighting someone else for space in the pool or on the sun-chairs - it's yours, all yours!

Finishing up with an excellent security system for peace of mind, a large double garage, doubling as a games room and a separate utility room with washer/dryer, iron/ironing board - all the conveniences of a home.

The kitchen has stylish light oak cabinets. A large fridge/freezer with water and ice-cube dispenser, a range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, grill, blender. Everything you could need to put your culinary skills to work.

The dining area has a large table seating eight guests.  Near the kitchen is a further 4 seater table and a breakfast bar with additional seating.

The covered deck area is comfortably furnished with reclining chairs.  There is an outside ceiling fan and external shower.  There is also an outside toilet and wash basin.  The deck leads onto the pool and spa which can be heated at an extra cost.  The entire area is screened to allow long, peaceful evenings without being bothered by insects.  The pool is L Shaped and is very private with a lovely view of open woodlands.
