ARLINGTON Villa

This sophisticated Villa has a large floodlit private swimming pool and covered lanai, it is a spacious, comfortable and quiet home. It is on one level so there are no stairs to worry about. It is completely non smoking.
Our villa hallway is tiled and airy to give relief from the hot Florida sun as you enter. A nautical theme is prevalent.
The beautiful Highlands reserve golf course is only three minutes away. The villa has a games room that includes a slate pool table. There is a BBQ for those casual out door meals that just make a vacation special. There is wireless internet access for your laptop
We are located in a very safe and secure estate with security gates.

The interior was designed by a professional interior designer, and the bedrooms consist of: A large master bedroom with a usa king bed with an on suite bathroom. There is a door leading directly from the bathroom to the pool and lanai. There is a built in walk in wardrobe,hairdryer,alarm clock/radio,paddle fan.
The on suite bathroom has a huge walk in shower.Hollywood star lights

All the bedrooms have their own tv.
Our second bedroom has a Queen bed There is a built in wardrobe,,alarm clock/radio, paddle fan. The third bedroom has twin beds ,there is a built in wardrobe, alarm clock/radio, paddle fan. There is also a second bathroom with a tub and shower. All towels and linen are provided.
The large living room has an open plan design and includes a formal dining area, (six chairs) with t.v. & d.v.d.
two sumptuous sofas (one bed sofa.) and a large armchair.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven,microwave,dishwasher,telephone,fridge/freezer,waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster etc.

Separate utility area Large American washing machine and dryer.Iron,Ironing board, washing basket.

Our friendly management company are available 24hrs a day if you need any help during your vacation.

Doors to the pool area are alarmed for children’s safety. Our villa is fully air conditioned // heated so that there is a comfortable temperature throughout the year.

We are sorry but we are unable to take pets at this time. Information guide book available in the Villa.

WESTRIDGE:This is a private residential community. It is located on the US27 which is South of the 192.Only 30 mins from Orlando International airport.
There are many excellent golf courses in the area Falcons Fire, Highlands Reserve and Championsgate.

Located on a private prestige secure gated community whose facilities include community pool,Clubhouse fitness centre is ready for you to work up a sweat. It is fitted with bikes, running machines, ab crunchers and a lot more.

Set in a quiet road evenings/nights are peaceful so a good nights sleep will recharge you for the next day.Westridge estate can only be accessed via a coded entrance gate so the area is safe & secure.

The estate is complete and well established.
Only one hour from Busch Gardens and the stunning beaches of the Gulf of Mexico,Orlando international airport 25mins Sanford airport 55 mins
Seaworld 20 minutes,Universal Studios 20 minutes,space coast 50 mins,this home is in a fabulous location.

The Wal*Mart Superstore is within 8 mins drive .However there is a Publix less than 5 mins away for the last minute essentials you may have forgotten.
