Tranquillity House ‘Near the Mouse’ is a privately owned home and is the perfect place to enjoy your Florida vacation. Situated on ‘The Countryside’, Tuscan Ridge a peaceful and relaxing community, our home affords all the luxury and comfort you desire, a perfect holiday haven.
You have around a 12 minute drive to Walt Disney World and all the attractions and you’re only 5 minutes away from Interstate 4 which will take you to all the beaches and coastal areas. The villa is only 5 minutes away from all the local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, shops, petrol/gas station, chemists and the Champions Gate Complex which hosts the Greg Norman Golf Course for the golf fanatics in your party!

Bedroom 1 - Ensuite
Master bedroom with King size bed, cable television, cordless telephone, ensuite bathroom with sunken bathtub, large walk in shower, two wash basins, separate toilet, overhead ceiling fan and large walk in closet. The room also has patio doors leading straight on to the pool deck for that early morning swim. Also you have beatutiful a private view over open grassland.
Bedroom 2 - Ensuite
Double bedroom with Queen size bed, cable television, cordless telephone and large built in closet and again lovely private views over open grassland. The room has an adjoining bathroom with large shower, wash basin and toilet. The bathroom has a door leading straight on to the pool deck so there is easy access to the bathroom straight from the pool.
Bedroom 3
One hard to find bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. This is a feature you will not find in many villas and is ideal for three families/couples or for a couple who prefer to sleep in with their little one. The room has a large built in closet.
Bedroom 4
One twin bedroom with two single beds and large built in closet.
The third bathroom is positioned between the two bedrooms mentioned above and has a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.
Our screened south facing pool (sunshine all day long!!) with underwater lighting has a completely private outlook with a large lanai which is partially covered to snooze in the shade and partially open for the sun worshippers to top up your tan and enjoy the sunshine. The pool deck is furnished with two overhead fans, two tables with chairs, reclining sun loungers, pool toys and a charcoal barbecue. Pool towels are also provided.
The Great Room has cable television, hi-fi and books for you to enjoy with patio doors leading out on to the pool deck.
The Living Room has two sofas, one being a sofa bed and again access to the pool deck via patio doors.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to be home from home including a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a large double door fridge/freezer with a built in ice maker.
The Dining Room has a large dining table with overhead lighting and easily seats six people comfortably.
The cosy Breakfast Nook seats four and seems to be a favourite with the children.
The Laundry Room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airier, ironing board and iron.
Our fully carpeted air conditioned Games Room is definitely a favourite with our guests complete with a pool table, air hockey table, football table, darts board and drinks table with bar stools to sit back and watch the fun.
