The architecture of the villa is designed to maximise space and light, to bring the outside in.  Large windows and patio doors lead out to the pool area. Whilst indoors the air conditioning keeps you cool during the balmy evenings.


The Villa has five bedrooms, two of which are Master with en-suite bathrooms, two further bathrooms, a large kitchen/diner, living room, a den with TV and a formal dining room.

You can unwind in the luxury pool and have a refreshing dip in the jacuzzi this has the benefit of both solar and electric heating. From the lanai it is an unspoilt view over a fresh water canal which attracts wildlife; racoons, bobcats and many water birds.

South Gulf Cove is a beautiful secluded community about 10 miles west of Port Charlotte nestled in the Cape Haze Peninsula on the Gulf of Mexico. The quiet sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a short drive away as are many fine local restaurants. For golfers there are over 20 manicured courses in the immediate area with about 15 of them within 10 - 11 miles, each having it's own unique features. The Fishing here just doesn't get any better anywhere in the world and with coastal and offshore fishing inexpensive and abundant you wont need to travel far to catch supper.
