The Villa Disney Mouse House is a luxury 5-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom executive villa sleeping 10 plus baby/toddler. It has its own large private screened pool with extended lanai area that can be fully lit at night for evening use and entertainment. Location Disney Mouse House lies within 12 minutes drive of Disney World and is situated in the up-market 'Village at Tuscan Ridge' which is located in the 'Disney Triangle' on US Highway 27. Being less than 5 minutes drive from the Interstate 4 it is ideally placed for trips to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts (eg. Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Centre, Clearwater and Tampa Bay). Nearby there are a vast array of eating establishments and a number of supermarkets. A championship golf-course is less than 5 minutes drive away. All the other major Orlando attractions are within 30 minutes drive. Accommodation The villa has two master bedrooms (a king and a queen) each with its own en-suite, cable TV and ceiling fan. The king master bedroom also has a cot that converts to a toddler bed. There are three twin bedrooms each with its own cable TV and all have ceiling fans too. In addition the home has a family bathroom and a half-bath. The remainder of the property comprises: a fully fitted kitchen, kitchen dining nook, family room, games room, dining room seating 10, a reading room and utility room. Facilities The family room has a large 50 inch HD flat-screen plasma TV with a digital cable system with record functionalities (for Brits, it is similar to Sky Plus) a DVD player with many DVDs - blockbusters, family and children's movies, and a hi-fi that has 60 CDs. There is a games room with a pool table, air hockey table, a foosball table and electronic darts. In addition one of the twin bedrooms has a Playstation 2 with games. For workaholics, the villa has a wireless broadband Internet connection (5 megabytes). The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker, slo-cooker and blender to name but a few. In the utility room there is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Other facilities include, full air conditioning (two systems - one for upstairs and one for downstairs), twin shower and Jacuzzi bath in the king master bedroom, child-safety alarms on doors and windows leading to/overlooking the pool, a cot, a baby high chair, stroller and carrier, numerous sun-beds, child pool toys, children's board games (such as Monopoly), outdoor dining area with fan and light above and two BBQs - one large and one small. All linen and towels are supplied. On site there is a tennis court that is free for use by 'The Village' residents and guests. Pool heating is charged at £20/$30 per night's stay or £120/$180 per week. A 20% deposit is taken on booking, the balance being payable 12 weeks before the rental commences.
