Welcome to our luxurious Executive Villa on the exclusive community of Hampton Lakes, which has 3 delightful Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms, (master en-suite). A large screened pool with extended terrace,it is secluded and has a side privacy fence with no rear neighbours,but overlooks a small meadow with young Citrus and Palm Trees. Set amongst citrus groves and ornamental Lakes,the community has 2 well equipped childrens play areas,floodlit Tennis & Volley ball courts, communal swimming pool and Cabana and BBQ area,all of which is available for your use. Your memories of a great vacation are our priority,we have strived to ensure you do. Our caretaking representatives will be available to you 24/7 should you need help or advise.
FORMAL LIVING ROOM. A large & spacious room ,tastefully furnished to a high standard,with Cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan, a quiet and peaceful place to relax enjoy the music centre and maybe listen to a selection of classical and modern CD's provided for your enjoyment, after long days at the parks.
FAMILY ROOM. Also has high volume ceiling with ceiling fan, furnished to an equally high standard,has Flat screen cable TV, combo DVD /VCR and a selection of VCR's/DVD's for your enjoyment. PC with unlimited high speed/Broadband internet access and Play Station 2 console. The patio door to the pool terrace is electrically wired with a safety alarm.
DINING ROOM. An elegant room,which has 6 fully upholstered velour dining chairs,Large dining table and overhead chandelier.
KITCHEN. Fully equipped,has everything you would expect from a luxury kitchen. BREAKFAST NOOK. Ajacent to the kitchen.has breakfast table and chairs, a light & bright place to start the day.
LAUNDRY ROOM. Has a large capacity washing machine,and drier.Iron & ironing board.
MASTERBEDROOM EN-SUITE. This bedroom has duel aspect windows, which overlooks the pool,Cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan.A walk in closet and dresser,Loire Chair & footstool, has cable TV/VCR. Bathroom has large garden tub bath ,double shower,twin basins with overhead hollywood lights, there is a door which leads directly onto the pool terrace.
BEDROOM #2. Has full size bed,Armoir & Mirror,Window looks out to side lawns,has Cable TV/VCR.
BEDROOM #3. Has twin 3ft beds,walk in closet,Armoir & Mirror,window looks out to front Lawns. Has cable TV/VCR.
FAMILY BATHROOM. Is situated between bedroom #2 & #3
POOL. Is serviced weekly. Is fully screened to keep out those nuisance bugs but not the rays and has a large extended pool terrace. Has a lockable but removable child safety barrier.along with alarmed patio doors child safety is our NO1 priority. Has exterior wall lights,and the pool has underwater night light. There are sun loungers, table and chairs and pool towels are provided. We have a side privacy fence,and the rear of the Villa has NO rear neighbours,but overlooks a small meadow, with young citrus and palm trees. The fireworks of Disney can be seen at night and watch the hot air ballons fly over the villa early in the morning. Pool heating is optional.
IN ADDITION. The Villa is fully air conditioned, and has emergency back up lighting,smoke alarms in every room & Fire extinguisher. There is a crib/cot, Buggy & Shade, Highchair & Car seat up to 20KG available for your use free of charge.(please request on booking). The use of a Ladies & Gents sport Bicycles and a childs scooter and skate board. (at guests own risk).
The Garage doubles as a Games room with ceiling fan and spot lighting, we have provided large Air Hockey & Table Tennis Tables and a multigames Table,which include, Foosball,Pool and 9 other table games, along with a full size Dart board & darts. There is also a Radio Flyer Red Wagon childs pullalong transporter suitable for seating 2 children age sitting-8yrs. A free standing BBQ is also available. A selection of Board Games. All linens and pool towels are provided. Free local, long distance & International telephone calls. A key safe is provided for stress free access, no lenghty check-ins on. arrival. We do not allow Pets in the Villa to protect those who may or may not know they have animal allergy. We do not allow smoking in the Villa. The use of personal or disposable BBQ's are not allowed inside of the Villa, nor within the confines of the pool terrace and screen. However outside of the pool screen on the lawn a BBQ is provided for your use.
