Our beautifully appointed fully air-conditioned luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with pool is fitted with everything to help you have a wonderful vaction in sunny Florida. We are adjacent to the thirteenth fairway on the golf course and we are not overlooked.

There are two master suites. One with oversized king bed, dressing room, TV. ensuite bathroom/shower. Second master with king bed TV and seperate private bathroom/shower. There are two further twin bedrooms with private bathroom/shower.

The family lounge has LargeTV, DVD/CD and surround sound + Xbox. There is an open plan large formal lounge with dining area. Large luxury fitted kitchen with adjoining breakfast area. This leads on to the spacious lania area and pool which overlooks the golf course.
All doors leading to the pool area are fitted with child alarms. Monitored Brinks house alarm.
The laundry room is fitted with very efficient washer and drying machine.
All linen/towels supplied.
