Private * Floridamax Villa is an easy 15 minutes drive to Walt Disney World resort, several championship golf clubs, a host of shops, bars, restaurants and Orlando’s premier attractions

* The Villa is set on a very large corner lot. Garden areas are planted with a variety of palm trees and shrubs. Large gas grill BBQ for our guests to use

* Extensive views over a retention area at the back

* A private South facing fully screened swimming pool with Spa that is not overlooked is set into a spacious extended deck area. Privacy panels are fitted to the lower sections of the pool screen

* All doors and windows to the pool are alarmed for the safety of young children. The front door has two security latches so that younger children cannot exit the Villa without supervision

* The Villa has been built with many executive upgrades and is furnished to an exacting standard including Premium grade luxury carpeting, 100% Egyptian 400 thread cotton sheets, white soft fluffy cotton towels, upgraded lighting, formal dining set

* Fully air conditioned throughout

* 4 bedrooms (2 masters with en-suite) plus 2 further double rooms provides sleeping for a maximum of 8 guests. Three full size bathrooms are provided.

* Home entertainment provided includes..... a large remote control Panasonic flat screen TV with a matching DVD player, X Box game system, Sony Play Station 2, TV’s in all bedrooms, additional DVD Players, video player, Sony boom box stereo system

* Games room with pool table, electronic darts, air hockey, Playstation 2 with gaming chairs etc.

* Computer with Broadband available for the use of guests. WiFi for Laptops

* Greg Norman’s Champions Gate Golf Course and Highlands Reserve are under 5 minutes drive with another six top rated golf courses nearby.
