The first floor accommodation comprises of a comfortably furnished spacious family room with 32" cable TV, DVD (with DVD library), VCR and Music Entertainment System which looks out on to the large lanai & pool area . A further living room provides the ideal space for a quiet moment to read or relax and adjoins a separate dining area for more formal occasions.
The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a built-in microwave. There is also a separate breakfast area which looks out on to the pool.
The first floor master bedroom has a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, cable TV, ceiling fan (which have been installed in all bedrooms) and patio doors with direct access to the pool. Adjacent to this is a further twin bedroom, also with en-suite facilities.
The staircase which leads up to the second floor Gallery landing comprises of the master bedroom with King size bed, cable TV, en-suite luxury bathroom with bath, his and hers vanity basins, separate w.c. and large walk in shower. There are a further two twin bedrooms, both with cable TV, which share a bathroom. The unique loft area is a great space for kids & grown ups alike, with a comfortable sofa you can relax, watch the 25' cable TV or should the mood take play games on the Playstation 2 console.
The screened pool area has a large lanai with a Jacuzzi/spa and an external shower. The pool furniture consists of a table that seats eight and four sun loungers.
