We are fully licensed for 12 guests, insured and professionally managed giving you complete peace of mind. Children in cribs do not count as occupancy. A deposit of $200.00 or £150 is required to reserve your booking with the final balance, including a refundable $300.00 /£200 security deposit, falling due 10 weeks before departure.
