Aloha on Indian Ridge Oaks

Our luxury villa with south facing pool, 6 person Hot tub Jacuzzi and very large pool deck is on the quiet community of Indian Ridge Oaks. We have a commercial quality table football in the garage! It is very close to highway 192 with its many restaurants and shops. Location Indian Ridge Oaks is one of the closest developments to Disney. It takes 8 minutes to drive to the entrance to Animal Kingdom so is ideal for coming home to relax at midday. It is less than 4 minutes drive from the 192 and its good selection of restaurants.

 Accommodation

Our home has 4 bedrooms, 1 king master, 1 queen and 2 with twins. Using the sleeper sofa in the lounge it will sleep a maximum of 10 people. One of the bathrooms is ensuite to the master bedroom. This has a door out to the pool deck so there is no need to drip through the house to get changed after swimming. The pool is south facing with a massive sun deck so gets the sun all day long. The standalone Jacuzzi/hot tub will seat 6 people and has 18 jets. This is heated separately to the pool so can be heated to a lovely warm 102 degrees. There is a covered patio area to be able to sit out of the direct sunlight. Padded patio furniture is provided. A fence has been put round the property for added privacy. For entertainment there is a large football table in the garage! We have a 50 inch plasma HDTV in the lounge which has 200 digital channels, 13 HD. There are further TVs in 3 of the bedrooms ,each with 70 channels, a DVD player, 2 video player and stereo system. There is also a Playstation2 with eyetoy and karaoke. The community has a large swimming pool, tennis court and children's playground which are free for guests to use. We provide tennis racquets and balls.
