Our villa has 2 Master En-suite Bedrooms and 2 Twin-bedded rooms with own bathroom. Our Villa is Fully Air-Conditioned. High-Speed Internet. Our Games Room has a pool table, Ping-Pong Table, Table Football/Foosball, Air-Hockey, TV with PS/2 and games.
We count our villa very much as a second home, we have spent much time and effort making it into a place where anyone can feel at home, relax and use it as a base for exploring as much of Florida as possible. We think of our villa as being like 'Home from Home' with a touch of luxury.

Our villa is situated on The Sunrise Lakes Community on the 27 one mile north of the 192 intersection (Disney end) and is only 5 miles from Interstate 4. Disney World is only 9 minutes away and other Florida attractions are within easy reach. Shops nearby include Wal-Mart, Wynn Dixie and Publix.
On arriving and opening our front-door the welcoming foyer sets the tone for this spacious, well-equipped, Modern family villa. Bedrooms Our Villa sleep 8 – 10 with 2 Master en-suite double bedrooms with US king-size beds (so both families have the same amount of space!) The rear master bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and direct access to the Pool Area. The en-suite bathroom has shower, bath, toilet, large closet with hairdryer and linen provided for guest use. The furnishing is of a wicker-style with Palm-trees as the theme. The front master bedroom has a TV and DVD player leading to the en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, large closet with hairdryer and linen is provided for guest use. The furnishings are grand with gold-colouring and cherry-wood finish. The two twin-bedded rooms, both have large closets sharing a bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and hairdryer and linen is provided for guest use.
Our villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.
Our private screened Pool with extended decking and safety fence is ideal for spending that relaxing day between busy park days and for topping up the tan on one of our sunbeds. On the covered Lanai we have a table and chairs, our pool which can be heated has a colour-fibred optic light.
Our games Room - Kids and Parents heaven, while parents relax by the pool the kids can spend all that energy playing a game of pool, table tennis/ping-pong, or table football/fusebal. For those games fanatics who need to keep up their skills we have a TV Playstation 2 with a selection of games. We also have High Speed Internet.
Our family room has a large corner-shaped seating area (with a pull-out Queen-sized Sofa-bed if required) and a recliner chair for relaxing in front of the large TV with DVD plus a selection of films. The Family room is central to the villa with Patio doors leading to the Pool Area and an open-plan breakfast bar, door leading to one of the Master Bedrooms and the hallway to the twin-bedded rooms. There is a large remote-control ceiling fan to add that sense of tropical charm. The kitchen has a high-ceiling giving a feeling of space and is fully fitted, large fridge-freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, waste-disposal unit, wide-range of crockery, cutlery, glassware – everything you’d want to be able to cater for a family, or two families sharing.
Leading from the Kitchen is a separate Laundry Room with large washer and dryer. All linen and towels are provided, including large pool towels. Dining Area This area is shared with the kitchen for easy family-use, the dining table seats 6 comfortably for family meals and planning the days activities. With an overhanging drop-down light. Also a breakfast bar seating a further 3. For little ones.
We have cot/play pen and high chair, (their is no charge for these) and a childrens playground is a few minutes walk away with 'Little Tike's' style play equipment and swings.
Attractions and Distances... Disney World - 9 minutes, International Drive, Sea World and Universal Studios - 20-30 minutes Orlando International Airport - 30-40 minutes Sanford Airport - 60 minutes.

Our 2008 rates start from £395/week - $90/per night and all rates are inclusive of cleaning, linen, towels, (including pool towels) local phone calls, local sales tax, and High Speed Internet.
If you have any questions or would like to make a booking just get back to us at gerrygatford@yahoo.co.uk We’ll then mail you a booking form and reserve your choice of dates. A £200 / $200 deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable 10 weeks in advance of your holiday, we also ask for a £200 / $200 fully refundable security deposit payable with your final balance.
