Location

Cumbrian Lakes is a delightful gated community with walks, lakes, lots of birds and other wildlife and its own children's play area. It is quiet and peaceful, yet ony 5 minutes from a 24 hour supermarket, shops and restaurants, and only 10 minutes from Disneyworld. It is a wonderful location with everything you need to make a perfect holiday.

Description

Our villa is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom property which has an extra large private pool deck, overlooking a conservation woodland area. The pool is larger than average (30x15) and the south facing pool deck is screened and offers maximum sunshine. We have a special safety screen for your childrens' protection. The covered lanai offers shade if you prefer.There is an outside w.c. for your extra convenience

Our villa is spacious and light and has a large open plan fully tiled living/dining area. The furnishings are luxurious and includes a queen sized sofa bed for extra guests. The living room has a large screen cable TV, VCR and DVD plus a Hi Fi unit.The patio doors open on to the pool deck, but are alarmed for your security and child safety. We also have a fully equipped games room with fooseball, air hockey etc.

There are two Queen sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two twins - one is themed for children. All bedrooms have cable TVs and ceiling fans for extra comfort. There is a further house bathroom.

The kitchen is fitted with all modern amenities including dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer with ice maker. We also have a washing machine and tumbledrier, hair driers and plenty of linen for a large family/families.A cot and highchair hare provided for our youngest guests.
