Executive villa

This Executive 3 bed-room vacation home has it’s own private, heated, swimming pool and spa, which is fully screened. There is pool furniture provided for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine or recovering from a hectic day at the theme parks!
The villa is in Westridge which is located of the US 27 at the west end of Highway 192 an ideal location for all the attractions , there is a supermarket shops just minutes from the villa
This luxury villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a large colour television, connected to the cable network, along with a video and DVD player in the lounge.The villa has a telephone System- local calls are free. As a courtesy to all our guests – we do not allow any smoking or pets in the villa. The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen. The villa has a formal dining area and has access to the patio and pool area through sliding doors, which are fitted with child alarms. There is also a large double garage attached to the villa with access from the kitchen area.The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and has it’s own television. The second bedroom has twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need during your vacation. These include a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. along with a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares.
