Welcome to our home at Hampton Lakes...we love all 3,500sq ft and we hope that you decide to stay. Beyond the villa itself, there is a communal pool,two floodlit tennis courts,basketball hoops and volley ball.There is also a well kept children's play area within walking distance of the villa. There is a Publix supermarket within 5 mins drive and a wealth of restaurants, etc along the US192 only a few minutes further. It is only 15mins to Disney and Golfers will find the nearest course only 3mins down the road! The villa itself has 3 family rooms...there is a 50" TV with upgraded cable (for that UK soccer),DVD,video and CD Hi/Fi. The games room houses a pool table,air-hockey,table football and PS2 with a number of games as well as another DVD,video and CD HiFi (...and if that's not enough, there's also an X-Box in one of the bedrooms!) There is also the front room just for sittin' and chillin'! ...and to top it all if you have your own laptop(s) we provide a wireless access point for you to connect. Outdoor relaxation is enhanced with our beautiful 30ft x 15ft pool and spa, both which can be heated for your comfort ( for an additional charge). They can both be illuminated at night to continue the enjoyment.We also have an optional security fence which can be erected around the pool before your arrival. There are plenty of chairs and loungers and we have provided pool towels for your convenience. We have the added rare luxury of overlooking open land. There are 7 spacious bedrooms to choose from. One master is downstairs and there are three more upstairs, along with 3 twins. The three upstairs masters have TV/DVD combined and the rest all have TVs All 5 bathrooms have bath and shower and we have made sure there are plenty of towels for every one There are two cots , two highchairs and two strollers for younger members of the family The villa is fully air conditioned and there are smoke alarms. ...all that is left for you to think about is having a great holiday!!!
