Sunshine Villa at Terra Verde Resort Florida

Our luxury 6-bed/5.5-bath villa is located on the gated resort community of Terra Verde. The villa is in an excellent location and only 10 minutes from Disney. Some of the facilities Terra Verde boasts include: clubhouse, large pool, spa, tikki bar, children’s playground, climbing rock, beach with hammocks, fishing lake, basketball court, internet access & poolside Wi-Fi, gym, sauna and concierge service. The resort is a fabulous setting for the vacation of a lifetime.

Sunshine villa offers luxurious and spacious accomodation. There are 4 master en-suite bedrooms, 1 with poster king and 3 with queen beds. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are themed twins sharing a bathroom. All are beautifully furnished and decorated by an interior designer.

We have a large fully fitted kitchen with all major appliances and an adjoining breakfast nook overlooking the pool. An adjacent family room is equipped with a large screen cable TV, DVD, VCR and Sony Playstation 2. We also have a separate formal living area and dining room at the front of the villa. Our newest addition is a Dell computer with work station offering FREE internet DSL/Broadband connection.

The pool(14x30), spa and deck area are covered by a lanai screen and have an additional safety screen for safety. The deck area is fully furnished with tables, chairs and ample loungers plus a barbeque grill.

Full laundry facilities are in the utility room. Baby essentials including cot, high chair, stair gate, monitor, bath and stroller are all provided at no extra charge. All high quality linens and towels are provided including pool towels.

Finally a 'games room': Billiards, hockey, football, table-tennis, electronic darts and board games to occupy the young and young at heart alike. We even provide 2 sets of standard golf clubs, and accessories for the pool.

Recent additions: Free calls to USA, Canada, UK & Ireland (UK & Ireland normal landlines only). Upgraded Master Suite 2 to King bed, new bedding in all bedrooms, DVD players in all bedrooms.
