LUXURIOUSLY FURNISHED AND SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATION *****The Emerald Villa... has four master bedrooms, furnished with four poster beds (2 king and 2 queen), a twin room furnished with elegant wooden sleigh beds, and two bedrooms designed specifically for children. We have used top grade leather suite in the family room, solid wood furniture and pillow-top bedding. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms. The accommodation is spacious, light and airy with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The villa is a clean hypoallergenic environment with furniture and bedding suitable for those that suffer from allergies. Therefore for the comfort and convenience of all our guests the villa is strictly a no pets and no smoking area. SOMETHING SPECTACULAR OUTSIDE YOUR BACK DOOR Directly outside your back door is the pool area – but its no ordinary back yard. The plot is southerly facing, and includes both a pool and spa with rock waterfall surrounded by tropical plants. The pool area has been extended to the maximum, and there is enough seating, sun-loungers and towels provided for the entire party. Outdoor music and lighting system to create the right ambience for you, and there is also a gas barbeque for eating al-fresco. Beyond the screened area is a lake, and across from the lake there are unspoilt lush green woodland and wetland areas as far as the eye can see. PLENTY TO KEEP EVERYONE ENTERTAINED WHATEVER THE WEATHER As well as the pool area, with all its features, there is plenty for you to do inside the villa and elsewhere in the resort. The family room has a large high definition plasma screen television and BOSE digital home theater system, DISH satellite platinum package, Playstation2 and X-Box with a library of DVDs, videos, computer games and traditional board games provided. There is also an excellent games room, complete with air hockey, foosball, ESPN Sports station and a Brunswick 8ft Pool table, finished off with bar lights, and boasting a 50” plasma screen TV for watching live sports from the DISH platinum satellite package. Cable TV with DVD/VCRs are provided in the bedrooms. Special features for children include two themed bedrooms, one with white lacy single four poster beds for fairy princesses, the other with bunk beds for the Cowboys and Indians, sharing an ensuite bathroom with its own underwater theme. A further PlayStation2 and X-Box is available for use in these rooms, with games suitable for all ages. Planned additional features new for 2007 include quality upgrades to the entertainment package - HD DVD players or Blu-Ray plus films, X-Box3 and online interactive gaming. The clubhouse at Emerald Island Resort has a communal pool and tiki bar for early evening drinks before dinner, as well as a gym, sauna, cyber café, games arcade, tot lot for the younger guests and for the more adventurous, tennis and volleyball courts, plus a sundries shop is to be added in the near future. The whole resort is set within hundreds of acres of stunning nature preserve, with nature trails and picnic areas. EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED SO THAT YOU CAN TRAVEL LIGHT We have provided all we could think of that you might wish to use in the villa. You will find hairdryers, a laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board etc, indoor and outdoor towels all in the villa, plus a well stocked kitchen equipped with everything that you could possibly need (large fridge / freezer with icemaker and cool water dispensers, electric cooker and microwave / grill, wide range of appliances including toaster, kettle, espresso / cappuccino maker, juicer and more). Highchairs, cots and rockers are also provided for parties with infants. For those wishing to keep in touch electronically, there is a laptop computer with high-speed Wifi internet connection, and telephones / connection points around the villa. NO HASSLE AND NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. Emerald Island Resort is a secure community with manned gatehouse. The Clubhouse is located just inside the gates, where you will find a warm welcome and help if you need it. Cleaning takes place prior to your arrival and after your departure, and in addition to this a midweek maid service is provided at no extra cost to you. A daily maid service can be arranged if you so wish. There are a number of safety and security features within the villa for the peace of mind of our guests. These include an alarm system, secured safes, poolside safety precautions including child safety fence and alarmed patio doors. In the event of any problems or need of assistance in any way no matter how small our caretaker is available 24 hours a day to ensure that these can be dealt with quickly and efficiently without the enjoyment of your holiday becoming tarnished. Pool and spa heating, gas barbeque, mid-week clean with towel / linen change, as well as end of stay maid service, telephone and internet calls, use of video games / DVDS and 13% tourist / sales tax all are included in the price quoted.
